This is rather straight forward, simply explore every nook and cranny and you should have no trouble at all. Head through the flames (they are now gone) and follow the path until you get the nuclear family quest line. Now enter the vault and throw the thong into the fire! computer again, use the keycode and play 'Simon Says' to restore his brains. Here you have to beat the monks in their weird riddle and it's done by speaking to all the monks and either giving them the right answer or killing them. Now activate the units except for the green one and get south to the next riddle. Beam to the northern outhouse, get across the gap for the 4th unit.
Now activate the green and purple and take out the red one. This puzzle took me some time to figure out, so here is the solution : Activate the northern outhouse. This is only possible if you get more units to activate the drawbridges.
